Celebrating friendship and inclusion with every step at the Bean Automotive Group Walking4Friendship 3k & Family Carnival

Bean Automotive Group sponsored Friendship Circle’s 16th Annual Walking4Friendship 3k, a family-friendly event dedicated to raising awareness and funds for individuals with special needs. This year’s event took place at the brand new Friendship Campus, and brought together community members, local businesses, and supporters for a meaningful day of connection, inclusion, and fun!
Founded in 2004 and directed by Rabbi Yossi and Nechama Harlig, Friendship Circle of Miami is a non-profit organization that builds lasting friendships and cultivates life skills for special needs children, teens, and adults. They’re currently expanding their services to a new, state-of-the-art campus where they will be able to help even more families in Miami-Dade County.
“Years ago, Friendship Circle was a dream of the Harlig’s. Today, you see this incredible campus,” said Chris Roberts, President and CEO of Bean Automotive Group. “This is where local business joins our community in supporting great causes, and that’s something Bean Automotive Group believes in and will continue to do.”
Proceeds from the Bean Automotive Group Walking4Friendship 3k & Family Carnival will support Friendship Circle’s mission to provide social, recreational, and educational programs for children and adults with disabilities, creating opportunities for meaningful interactions and long-lasting relationships.

“It’s so heartwarming to have a community partner like Bean Automotive Group,” said Rabbi Yossi Harlig, Executive Director of Friendship Circle of Miami. “Not only do they sell cars, they give back to the community. Our relationship with them is something so special, and we can’t thank them enough for giving back to the community, especially the special needs community.”
Participants and sponsors at the event collectively raised over $185,000, ensuring Friendship Circle’s vital services continue to enrich the lives of individuals with special needs, their families, and the broader community.
