The U.S. has a new entry in the budding sector of artificial intelligence-driven vehicle inspections.

Click-Ins has launched in the U.S., opening a headquarters in Kansas City, Mo., and appointing Charles Lukens as its new CEO as part of the company’s global expansion strategy.

In a news release, Click-Ins said its move into the American market comes after 10 years of research and development in Israel on its visual intelligence technology for damage detection and classification.

“Unlike many startups that prioritize capital-raising and rush to market, we chose a different path at Click-Ins,” co-founder and chairman Eugene Greenberg said in a news release. “From day one, our focus was on perfecting our product. We spent a decade developing, refining features and enhancing the user experience to create the most intuitive AI vehicle inspection technology available.”

Lukens comes to the company with more than 25 years of experience in the auto industry. Click-Ins said his “distinguished track record in transforming vehicle repair processes through innovative technology,” including roles with APU Solutions, Omadi Mobile Management and Estify, “complements the expertise” of co-founders Greenberg and Dmitry Geyzersky.

Lukens said with Click-Ins’ move into the U.S. market, “we are set to redefine how vehicle inspections are conducted” in various automotive sectors.

“Our technology eliminates the need for bulky and expensive stationary booths, enabling businesses to perform detailed inspections from anywhere, at any time,” he said. “Click-Ins stands out for its unrivaled accuracy, exceptional ease of use and universal accessibility.
